Privacy Policy

1. Purpose of processing

The Studio processes personal information to: receive and confirm booking requests, coordinate scheduling, contact and inform you regarding your reservation, provide the photography service, and publish promotional/portfolio content. Information is not used for any other purpose; any change of purpose requires separate consent.

2. Items collected and method

Required: name, contact number (mobile), email, desired package/options, preferred date and time.

Required consent: portrait/SNS exposure (promotional/portfolio posting).

Optional: SNS handle, mood (requests).

Method of collection: the website booking form.

3. Retention and use period

Booking information is retained and used for one year from the date of collection and then destroyed without delay. However, where a transaction such as a deposit payment occurs, the following records are retained for the periods required by applicable law.

4. Provision to third parties

As a rule, the Studio does not provide personal information to third parties. However, only where the data subject requests partner hair & makeup at the time of booking and separately consents to it, the Studio provides the minimum necessary personal information as below. If partner service is not requested, no personal information is provided to any third party. Cases with a legal basis are otherwise excepted.

5. Entrustment of processing

For smooth service delivery, the Studio entrusts personal-information processing tasks as below. Entrustment contracts prohibit use beyond the stated purpose and require safety measures, which the Studio supervises.

Website hosting — data storage remains in Korea

6. Overseas transfer

The Studio does not transfer personal information overseas. Booking data is stored in the Google Firestore Seoul region (asia-northeast3, in Korea).

7. Rights of data subjects and how to exercise them

Data subjects may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information (PIPA Arts. 35–37). To exercise these rights, contact +82 10-5835-3527 or the official Instagram (@ownd_studio_official). The Studio will act without delay.

8. Destruction procedure and method

When the retention period elapses or the processing purpose is achieved, information is destroyed without delay (Art. 21). Electronic files are deleted by a method that makes recovery impossible.

9. Security measures

The Studio implements measures under the notified “Standards for Measures to Secure the Safety of Personal Information,” including access-rights management, access control, encryption of transmission channels, and management of service accounts and secret keys (Art. 29).

12. Changes to this policy

This policy applies from its effective date. If content is added, removed, or amended due to changes in law or policy, the changes will be announced on the website.
